What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Click in the header area the blue "Login" button. Then click on "Log in". Now select the link "Forgot Your Password?" and enter your registered email address. By clicking "Submit" your password will be reset and you will get a new one.

Create a simple user account to view product information or test TKR OSCaR® app
access.

Register a company account
This will allow you to view product information, purchase spare parts, invite your employess and manage access to the TKR OSCaR® app.
Company information for B2B accounts:
- Company information: Enter all data relating to your company here.
- The company name can be e.g "Car ExamplePlace", the legal name often contains a legal form in addition to the registered company name, e.g "Fritz Beispiel GmbH".
- The company email refers to the company's general email address, e.g. "info@fritz-beispiel.com".
- The USt-ID / VAT-ID must be provided by European companies. Each EU country assigns its own VAT numbers, which contain country-specific prefixes (e.g. DE for Germany, AT for Austria). The VAT ID is validated immediately when it is entered. If the entry is invalid, please contact our customer service and, if necessary, submit additional documents to authenticate you as a business customer for activation.
- Registration address: Enter the address and contact details under which your company is listed in the commercial register, for example. This also includes the billing and delivery address.
- Company admin: Enter your personal data here. Please note that no private e-mail addresses are permitted. As this is a company account, only official company email addresses may be used.
- For sending invoices, the e-mail address of your accounting department, for example, can be entered instead of your personal e-mail adress.

Company Profile
As a company admin, you can edit your company's official address and contact information in the company profile. This also includes your dealer number. Your team will use your official addresses when placing orders.
Company Employees
As a company administrator, you can add, edit, or delete employees. You can give your employees specific roles with certain rights. This makes sure that only people who are allowed to do so can access sensitive areas or applications.
Roles and Permissions
Your company account has standard roles and permissions. If these are not enough, you can define your own roles and permissions in this area or change the existing ones. These settings only apply to your own company account.
TKR OSCaR® app | Activate items
How to log in to the TKR OSCaR® app
Use your customer account login details to log in to the TKR OSCaR® app.
To use the app, you needproduct scope (licenses). You can obtain these as activation codes or pruchase them, for example. Alternatively, you may have received them from your organization.
Activate activation codes
Log in to your customer account. Open the "Licenses" selection in the side menu.
Simply enter the
activation code in the field and confirm.
Assign a license to an app user
As a customer, your license expires from the moment you enter the activation code.
As a company administrator or license manager, the license is displayed as a free license with
the activation code. You can assign free app licenses to your employees or revoke them if necessary.
Your view shows all licenses that are activated for your company, as well as their users.
For a free license, select an employee in the "Actions" column and confirm with "Assign". You
can also assign different app licenses to an employee for using the TKR OSCaR app. In this case, the
item volumes are added accordingly.
Add any missing employees via "Company users".
Important
As a license holder, you can log in to the TKR OSCaR® app with your customer account details and use
the activated article scope.
If you receive an error message in the app, check your customer account under "Licenses" to see
if a valid license is stored for you. If not, contact your company administrator or TKR customer
service.
